As a co-founder of PT Marketing Group and its current CEO, Harvey Pollack combines the best assets of entrepreneurship and seasoned business experience. He brings 39 years of experience in professional services and information technology to PT. Harvey, a CPA, worked 24 years at Alpern, Rosenthal & Company, a large Pittsburgh-based accounting and consulting firm. He also was the founder and CEO of RedSiren, Inc., an international provider of IT security management solutions.
Bob Zupanek - Vice President of Operations
Bob Zupanek's responsibilities include managing and evaluating productivity and efficiencies throughout the company's operations. He is primarily accountable for the leadership, motivation, and supervision of the contact center's management and calling staff. Prior to coming to PT Marketing in 2003, Bob worked for PNC Bank at the company's National Financial Services Center for seven years, serving as the Sales and Service Manager for its Outbound Call Center.
Arlene Brandeis - Controller
Arlene Brandeis is the controller of PT Marketing Group and oversees accounting, payroll, and purchasing. Arlene has more than 20 years of experience in managing professional service offices, including an insurance and estate planning firm.
